Would recommend for a weekend breather

Clean room, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere made my stay enjoyable, especially since I appreciated the surprise upgrade to a King size bed and the excellent location near convenient amenities like restaurants and shops.

Couldn't have been happier.

The a double room was modern and had all that we needed. A microwave oven and a fridge were very handy.

I was happy with hotel's unbeatable location in the middle of jackson. The stuff was really helpful providing the information. Thoroughly enjoyed having a microwave oven, a fridge and a coffee maker in the modern and brand-new room.

I had a pleasant stay at this motel, enjoying the cozy king room and having a great time at the pool and hot tub. The only hiccup was connecting to the Wi-Fi, which took a bit longer than expected. Definitely check this place out for a relaxing getaway! 😊

A pleasant stay with a spacious, clean room that smelled great, complemented by a well-functioning AC. The staff, especially Yash at the front desk, were attentive. Conveniently located near the freeway yet in a peaceful area, it provided a safe environment for relaxation. Be aware that the room lacked a closet and the ice machine requires payment, which are drawbacks to consider.

decent stay but needs improvement

The upgrade to a king room was a nice touch. The air conditioning was ideal. The hot shower had great pressure. The staff was very attentive and quick to assist.

The bed squeaked with every little movement, preventing a good night's sleep.

Mixed Experience but Affordable for Last-Minute Stay

The location served well for a last-minute trip with a decent price for a two-room suite. Sadly, the room hadn't been cleaned upon return, but the staff promptly provided fresh towels. A tip , check your room thoroughly upon check-in.

In my wife's opinion, a children's play area would be great.

The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and beautiful blackout curtains.

Add more grab bars in the bathroom, please.

The check-in process was smooth, and the pricing was very reasonable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with ample space to work comfortably. The staff was attentive and quickly addressed any requests I had. The location allowed easy access to major business centers and other amenities.

The King Room Non-Smoking featured comfortable bedding, made it easy to sink in after a long day. Blackout curtains effectively kept the morning light out, nice for a good sleep, vital in hotel stays.

Despite the comfortable setup, I faced a significant inconvenience with constant door knocking and phone calls from management even with a 'Do Not Disturb' sign displayed. It felt intrusive and disrupted my ability to relax, forcing me to cut short my stay instead of enjoying my time peacefully.

Every staff member at this place is friendly and nice. I enjoy my time here when I visit. 😊

The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the downtown area. It was only a 10-minute walk to the downtown area. - I loved being a short walk away from West Covina City Hall.

Efficient staff who make sure all guests' needs are met with a smile 😊.
